Quick and Easy Sugar Cream Pie

I just made the easiest sugar cream pie, and I’m so excited to share it! Seriously, if you love a smooth, creamy pie without a ton of fuss, this is your new go-to. It’s got that perfect sweetness, and the best part? It uses ingredients you probably already have at home: sugar, cream, vanilla, butter, and cornstarch. You basically just whisk everything together, cook it on the stovetop for a bit, and pour it into a pre-baked pie crust. Pop it in the fridge, and boom, done! Perfect for a quick dessert or when you need something impressive with almost no effort. Give it a try, and let me know what you think!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for greasing the pie crust

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease the pre-made pie crust with olive oil to prevent sticking.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, flour, salt, and ground cinnamon (if using).
Gradually add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, whisking until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the filling into the greased pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before slicing.
Serve as is, or optionally garnish with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
