Bake the strawberry cake and poke it with a wooden spoon. Put the strawberry pieces in the pan and add the sugar. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes until the sugar is melted. Add the water mixed with corn starch and stir until the strawberry jello thickens. Cool the jello on a room temperature and pour it on the top of the cake. That jello will fill in every little hole on the cake. While it cools, mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar and add the beaten whipping base. Now you have a nice cheesy topping for your cake. Spread it all over the strawberry cake and garnish with fresh strawberries.
