- 1 1/4 pound boneless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Curcuma Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cups Broccolini cut in bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp spoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cut the chicken breast in 1 inch-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper. Grease the skillet with extra virgin olive oil and heat it over the medium heat. Spread the chicken pieces in the skillet and cook. After 15 minutes add the Turmeric powder and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minute more and take it off the heat. In the meanwhile, put the broccolini pieces in a bowl with salty boiling water. Cook it for 10 minutes and transfer into the skillet adding minced garlic and a spoon of extra-virgin olive oil. Cook for 3 minutes and serve in the same skillet with chicken. Sprinkle the meal with sesame seeds.If you think the chicken is too dry at the end, while the skillet is still hot add 2-3 tablespoons of chicken broth and stir.
